The two-level house is located on the north and higher border of a long plot with a 360 ° view towards the sea and the mountains of Paphos. The house retains a more blind façade towards the neighbouring street protecting the privacy of the residents, while is opened up to the rest of the plot and the sea.
The common areas of the house are located on the lower level and are degraded in relation to the access by the road. The living room and dining room are placed on both sides of the stairs of the house allowing free movement around it and between them. These spaces are opened up to a large terrace and the sea view. The kitchen and the office are placed in the zone that forms the solid façade of the house to the street having between them the main entrance area.
The private spaces are located linearly on the upper level and are opened up to the sea view, having at the north the linear corridor through which they communicate. Staged openings in the more solid façades offer views to the mountains and the different landscaped courtyards of the house.
